Disaster recovery

The ability of a company to cope with critical and emergency situations is vital for ensuring business continuity and safeguarding company assets. The Disaster Recovery plan aims to minimise risks and to set up the data recovery and operational recovery policy.
The aspects to be guaranteed are as follows:
  • Physical integrity of computer systems against natural events (floods, earthquakes, lightning), accidental causes (fires, floods, building collapse), external causes (theft, uprisings, destruction)
  • Integrity of the infrastructures required for the systems to operate: electricity, connectivity, lines.
  • Data integrity against hardware failures, human errors, viruses. In the event of disaster, it is necessary to restore functionality in accordance with the RPOs and RTOs agreed with the Client.
