RGI Outsourcing offers a tool for loading products/rates, a tool for document management using Content Management System, a Datawarehouse tool, CRM, knowledge management, e-learning and a tool for EDP management (scheduling and application management).

Process outsourcing

Portfolio services
RGI Outsourcing offers application functionalities both for companies in the Non-Life Division and those in the Life Division, for example the single management and agency portfolio, the single database, the sales network, the rating engine and the product catalogue, commission management, flexibility, discount amount and batch services (such as receipting and legal obligations, etc.).
