  • Gruppo Uniqa RGIOutsourcing provides the Gruppo UNIQA with services for the infrastructure component (facility, systems, middleware and monitoring activities), application hosting, management of EDP/ICP processes (application delivery, database and batch management) and, finally, technical and application helpdesk services. The companies of the Gruppo UNIQA (UNIQA Assicurazioni, UNIQA previdenza and Carnica Assicurazioni) have adopted the PassCompagnia information system to manage all Claims, Non-Life and front-end Life processes.
  • UCA Assicurazione Full outsourcing of management systems and of the sales network comprising multi-mandate agencies and brokers. The project involves the use of PassCompagnia for the infrastructure part of application hosting as well as for ordinary maintenance, and a single technical helpdesk for both components. The service also involves back-office management. The modules involved: database, portfolio, technical accounting, claims and general ledger accounting.
  • DAS Assicurazione Full outsourcing of systems with Facility Management of the infrastructure, comprising servers, operating systems, network and networking equipment with respective back-up services, failover management, networking and application monitoring, specialised system management with traceability guarantee. Management of security-related aspects. EDP outsourcing services, comprising management of application environments (test, pre-production, production), respective schedulings, batch procedures including on non-RGI applications. The technical helpdesk service and monitoring are integrated. Calls are tracked on a single ticketing system with the production of reports and measuring of service levels.
  • TUA Assicurazione Full outsourcing service (application hosting, BPO of EDP, ordinary and evolutionary application maintenance) of the PassCompagnia suite as well as hosting management of non-RGI applications. The project involved the supply of networking for connectivity of the TUA agency network comprising around 130 outlets plus 50 UBIs, the installation of hardware (PC, exchanges, printers, networking) with maintenance and assistance via the first-level helpdesk. The technical helpdesk service covers both the infrastructure and the applications so as to have a single interface with monitoring. Calls are tracked on a single ticketing system with the production of reports and measuring of service levels
  • Assicuratrice Milanese The service concerns PassCompagnia Non-Life, for the Auto and Claims component in the first instance and for the Basic component subsequently. This is a fully service delivery: it concerns both application hosting and outsourcing of company back-office processes, as regards the system management and EDP management component (batch components, flows to bodies, statistics); RGI Outsourcing becomes the IT department of the insurance company
  • Gruppo Fondiaria Sai The service concerns the outsourcing of the selling system for non-life products on around 3,500 branches of the banking networks of Banca Popolare di Novara (Novara Assicura Spa), Gruppo Banca Popolare di Milano and Gruppo Capitalia (Capitalia Assicurazioni Spa). RGIOutsourcing provides services for the infrastructure component (facility, systems, middleware and monitoring activities), application hosting, management of EDP/ICP processes (application delivery, database and batch management) and, finally, technical and application helpdesk services.
  • Marsh Italia The project involves the use of a front-end web for the call centre channel and for the direct client, as well as PassBroker2000 for the back-office management component. The service (which includes application maintenance, facility management, maintenance and the loading of products and rates) is delivered in ASP mode by RGI Outsourcing, for an all-inclusive annual feel. The targeted Clients are members of the programmes agreed with Marsh for auto products and basic divisions. On the front end, dynamic print-outs are generated in pdf (J-Basis Doc) and the entire process of issuing estimates and proposals is managed; portfolio processes are driven by the dynamic logic of PassProdotti®.
